Savory Cherry Bison Burgers Print Email

1 lb Ground Buffalo (American Bison)
2.5 oz dried cherries, chopped or whole
1 tsp concentrated beef stock
2-3 tsp Worcestershire
1 TBS Hoisin sauce
1/4 cup panko, approx
sea salt and black pepper

Combine first six ingredients, mixing together by hand. Add more Panko if needed – should only be slightly sticky. Season with sea salt and black pepper and grill. Great with lettuce and a toasted bun.
