Grilled Stuffed Potato Print Email

Slit potato at 1/4 inch intervals. Do not cut all the way thru. Place onion slices, seasoned salt, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper and butter into slits. Top with sliced mushrooms and double wrap in foil. Grill over hot coals for 50-60 minutes. Serve topped with grated parmesan or cheddar and chopped tomatoes.
