Steak Rub Print Email


1 tsp. coarse sea salt
1 tsp. black peppercorns
1 tsp. pink peppercorns
2 cloves fresh garlic, sliced
1 tsp. dry Italian Herbs
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Grind ingredients in a mortar and pestle adding oil to make a rub. Rub into steak and grill over medium high coals. Serve with Grilled Colorado Salsa.
