Herbed Salmon

5 – 6oz (170 g) fresh salmon fillets
1 tbsp. (15 ml) butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp. (15 ml) lemon juice
3 tbsp. (45 ml) dry white wine
3/4 (3.75 ml) tsp. marjoram or dill

Microwave: Place salmon in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Melt butter in a small dish on high for 20 seconds. Add onions and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes on high. Stir in lemon juice, wine and dill. Spoon over the salmon. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 70% for 12 minutes or until flesh is slightly translucent in the thickest part. Turn fish over halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 2-3 minutes to complete the cooking process.
