Salmon with Mustard and Dill

2 6 oz (170 g) fresh salmon fillets or steaks
1 tbsp. (15 ml) Dijon or poupon mustard
1 tsp. (5 ml) dried dill weed
or 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh chopped dill
Fresh ground pepper to taste
2 tbsp. (30 ml) lime juice

Place salmon in baking dish, skin side down (if skin on). Spread with mustard; sprinkle with dill and pepper; drizzle with lime juice. Bake or microwave. Serve with pan juices. Bake: 10 minutes per inch of thickness at 450F (230C) until done. Microwave: cover with waxed paper at 70% power for 3 minutes per inch of thickness.
