1 1/2 Pounds Cod Fillets
1/4 cup light Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Minced Green or Red Onion
1 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
Salt to Taste (optional)
PREHEAT; oven to 400 degrees.
LINE; 8 inch square baking dish with aluminum foil and place fish on foil.
MIX; Mayonnaise, Onion, Dill and Salt and spread over Cod.
BAKE; about 20 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork, or about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
