Mushroom Tortelloni in Beef Broth Print Email

One package Tony's Mushroom Tortelloni (12 Ounces).
Cook one package mushroom tortelloni for approximately 8 - 10 minutes, drain and set aside to add later to beef stock with vegetables.

One quart of beef or chicken stock and 3 ounces diced onion, carrot, celery, and if desired 1 frozen package of green beans or peas.

Bring beef or chicken stock to boil, add vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender. 10 minutes before serving, add tortelloni to broth, and heat until all ingredients are hot. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with shaved Asiago cheese and toasted French bread. Recommend a dry white wine with this dish. (Note is a great cool or winter night meal).
