Tony's Seafood Ravioli in Red Bell Pepper and Parmesan Cream Print Email

Cook one package of Tony's Seafood Ravioli according to package directions.

Meanwhile, dice one quarter cup roasted red peppers and add to a sauce pan with 1/2 pint of cream. Bring to a slow boil, adding salt and pepper to taste. Add the zest of one lemon and 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and stir to marry, adding more cream if needed.

Place cooked ravioli in large flat serving dish. Pour sauce over ravioli, garnishing with minced parsley, fresh gratings of pepper, and Parmigiano Reggiano curls. Serve with a crisp white wine and a crusty rustic bread.
