| Grilled Striped Bass on a Bun |

Yield: 24 servings
Striped bass filets
Olive oil
Sea Salt and white pepper, to taste
Brush filets with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on a preheated, cleaned and oiled grilling grate. Grill for 3 minutes and turn over, skin side down. Grill for 3 more minutes, fish will be opaque and firm to touch.
Serve on toasted buns with Lemon Aioli, lettuce and tomato.
