Broiled Striped Bass Filets Print Email

Striped bass filets
Olive oil
fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper

Brush filets with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper and place filets skinless side up under broiler. Broil for 3-4 minutes and turn over, skin side up. Broil for 3-4 more minutes, fish will be opaque and firm to touch.

Serve with warm Lemon Butter Sauce.

Lemon Butter Sauce

1 sticks Unsalted butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
zest of one Lemon
juice of 1/2 small Lemon

In a medium sized sauce pan, melt the butter. Add the white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice. Reduce heat to keep warm.
