| Green Chile Salsa |

Perfect for when you arrive home with fresh roasted Musso's green chiles and you can't wait to enjoy them - can also be made with Musso’s chopped green chiles. Formerly called "Can't Wait Salsa".
4 large green chiles, freshly roasted
- or 1/2 jar Musso’s Fire Roasted Chiles
1 large, ripe tomato
1/2 onion
juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
minced jalapeño, optional
pinches of salt, pepper and sugar to taste
As soon as you get home with your fresh roasted chiles, peel and remove the seeds and veins from several, then chop into pieces of small, medium and large size. Warm in microwave, if needed. If using Musso’s chopped chiles, simply warm in microwave.
Chop tomato and onion into small and larger pieces (I like to cut half into thin slivers and mince the other half) and add to warm green chiles. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding pinches of sugar or a drizzle of agave nectar or honey to help balance excessive heat.
