Pecan Crusted Dijon Tilapia - GF Print Email

olive oil from a mist sprayer
4 tilapia fillets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Mist metal baking pan with cooking spray. Place filets on pan. Combine mayo and Dijon and spread on fillets. Sprinkle with pecans and mist with oil. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes unless fillets are extra large, then add about 2 minutes. Serve over veggies, salad, rice or cous cous with pinches of sea salt flakes (fleur de sel) on the pecans.
