Honey Butter Print Email

This is delicious on waffles or pancakes, cornbread or oatmeal.

1 pound unsalted butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Soften the butter at room temperature and cut it into chunks. Place in a mixing bowl and beat at low speed of an electric mixer using the whisk attachment. Increase the speed to medium and add the honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract and beat until well combined, about 5 minutes. Remove butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log and refrigerate.
