Lavender Honey Butter Print Email

1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon dried lavender
1 tablespoon honey

In a small pan, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat. Stir in dried lavender and remove from heat. Let stand for 30 minutes. Strain to remove lavender. Let melted butter cool completely. Add the cooled butter to the remaining 1/4 cup butter and the honey. Whisk until smooth. Serve at room temperature.

Note: Find dried lavender in the spice section or bulk-food aisle of markets that carry a wide selection of gourmet foods.
