Strawberry Butter Print Email

8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar, or 1/2 tsp agave syrup
2 tablespoons strawberry jam - to taste

In a bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until soft and creamy, about 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until combined, about 1 minute. Transfer the flavored butter to a butter dish or small bowl and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate - softening before serving.

Amazing on warm tortillas, bagels, biscuits, muffins, toast, oatmeal, pancakes, etc.
