4 Beef or Bison Patties
Tony’s Seasoning: Tex Mex, Chile Arriba, Ravin' Red Chile or Southwestern Steak Seasoning
8 slices Tony’s bacon
4 slices Pepper Jack or Sharp Cheddar
6 TBS guacamole
Tomato slices, lettuce leaves
Whole wheat buns, or your favorite rolls
Ketchup, hot sauce

Season patties with Tony’s Southwestern Steak Seasoning, or salt and pepper, and grill over a medium direct flame. When patty is ¾ done, add cheese, remove from grill at medium well and rest for 5 minutes as you toast the buns.

Meanwhile, cut bacon slices in half and fry to taste.
