Maple Honey Turkey Waldorf Salad Print Email

2 Red Delicious apples
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. Maple Glazed Honey Turkey, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 stalks of celery, diced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2-3 heads Boston Bibb Lettuce

Core apples and coarsely chop. Place apples in glass bowl and toss with lemon juice. Cut turkey into bite-sized pieces. Add turkey, celery and walnuts to apples and toss with mayonnaise to coat entire mixture. Serve on lettuce and garnish with whole walnuts. Serves 4 to 6.
