an appetizer for 8-12

1 pound Florida Royal Red Shrimp, peeled & deveined
4 TBS salted butter, to taste
1 clove garlic, bruised
pinches of black and red pepper
fresh parsley (optional)
2 French Baguettes

Peel, devein and rinse shrimp, dry on kitchen towels. In a heavy sauté pan, heat half of the butter and add bruised garlic, sautéing to soften garlic slightly. Add shrimp and sauté for two to three minutes, seasoning with pinches of red and black pepper. Remove from heat, add remaining butter and parsley and toss to melt butter.
