Honeyed Gorgonzola Walnuts and Fruit Print Email

1 wedge creamy gorgonzola cheese, room temperature
grapes, strawberries, pear slices, raspberries, etc.
premium honey
roasted and salted or candied walnuts
Carr’s Wheat Biscuits (slightly sweet and the ideal pair)

Place cheese in the center of a decorative plate and allow to warm to room temperature. Make a depression into the center of the cheese.

Decorate sides of plate with fresh fruit. Just before serving, drizzle cheese with honey and then sprinkle with walnuts. Serve with Carr's Wheat Crackers and port wine. Chef Michaelangelo (mick) Rosacci
