2 cups pineapple juice
2.5 TBS cornstarch
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1 TBS Char Siu Sauce
1/4 cup Thai Chilli Sauce
2 TBS Ketchup
2 TBS sesame seeds
Green onion

Combine pineapple juice and cornstarch and bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Add crushed pineapple, Char Siu, Chilli, and ketchup – boiling and stirring vigorously to marry ingredients. Stir in sesame seeds and remove from heat. Cool and use as a grilling glaze or serving sauce.
