Makes 4 appetizers or first course servings.
1/2 pound Kasseri
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Fresh lemon juice
Cut Kasseri into strips 4 inches long and 1/4 inch thick. Heat a skillet over medium heat; add olive oil and sauté the kasseri strips and garlic until lightly browned on each side (about 2 minutes per side). Remove from skillet, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and serve immediately.
