Genuine Buffalo Wings Print Email

Long ago, when the Buffalo Wing Craze hit town, I called one of the best wing-joints in Buffalo NY for this recipe – and it's still my favorite. Any cayenne pepper or Buffalo Wing sauce will do – such as Azzaro’s or Red Hot.

2 lb. chicken wings
1 cup Bruce’s hot sauce
1/2 lb. butter

1) Melt butter in Bruce’s Hot Sauce and set aside. 2) Deep fry wings until fully cooked (I choose to bake mine) 3) Toss wings and sauce in covered container and plate with celery and bleu cheese dressing.
