Steamed Crab with Oyster Flavored Sauce Print Email

1 TBS cooking oil?
1 tsp. minced garlic?
4 TBS Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce?
2 tsp sugar?
4 oz. chicken broth?1 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 2 TBS water?
Ground black pepper, to taste?
2 TBS thinly sliced scallions

Heat oil in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients except cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil. Slowly stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened. Season with black pepper, if desired, and stir in scallions. Serve with your favorite steamed crab or lobster.

* Notes: To make this dish spicy, add Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil to taste. Or use Chiu Chow Chili Oil with Premium Soy sauce to make a hot dipping sauce, a classic dip with many foods – a little dab will do ya!
