Stir-fried Vegetables with Oyster Flavored Sauce Print Email

2 TBS cooking oil
4 oz. shiitake mushroom, stems removed, sliced 1/4 inch thick
4 oz. zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick on the bias
4 oz. yellow squash, sliced 1/4 inch thick on the bias
4 oz. red or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch thick strips
2 TBS Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 oz. water
Ground black pepper, to taste

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat, add oil and swirl. Turn heat to high and add vegetables, stir frying for until almost done, about 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, sugar and water. Add mixture to stir-fry and cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables are glossy and evenly coated with sauce. Season with black pepper, if desired.
