Fried Spicy Shrimp Print Email

1 large shrimp, cleaned
1 jalapeno diced
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon Chiu Chow Chili Oil
3 tablespoon Minced Garlic

1. Dust shrimps with 1/3 cup of cornstarch, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar.
2. Deep-fry prawn in vegetable oil for 2 minutes or until done. Remove and set aside.
3. In a small saucepan saute minced garlic, jalapeno pepper, in 2 TBS chili oil for 2 minutes.
4. Pour sauce over shrimps and serve.
