2 Bison Wrangler Patties
lettuce leaves
tomato slices
avocado slices or guacamole
fresh whole wheat buns, rolls or tortillas
Ketchup or BBQ Sauce and your favorite hot sauce

Preheat a medium grill and brush grate clean. Grill patties, browning on each side and cooking to 150-160 degrees internal. Toast buns on the grill.

Assemble burger in this order: bottom bun, lettuce leaves, tomato, patty, avocado slices or guacamole, top bun. If using tortillas, toast lightly, cut patty in half and place in center, folding and dressing taco style.

Blend ketchup or bbq sauce with your favorite hot sauce to taste and use for dipping. Serves 2-4 with side dishes. – Chef Mick, Tony’s Market
