Ham w/ Spiced Peaches Print Email

one 3/4 inch thick ham steak or
two smoked pork chops
one - two canned spiced peaches, sliced
brown sugar
butter (optional)

Place 1 ham steak or 2 smoked pork chops in a roasting pan (or on a large sheet of heavy foil if grilling). Top with slices of spiced peaches and 3 tablespoons of their syrup, a sprinkle of brown sugar and a pat of butter (optional but quite delicious!) Roast at 325 degrees or grill over medium coals until heated through and sizzling, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
