Bison & Swiss French Dip Print Email

A hot, crisp baguette with melted Swiss topped with Tony's Roast Bison, or beef, and Au Jus.

1 demi baguette or 1/3 French or Sourdough Baguette
2 tsp Dijon, Dijonnaise or Mayonnaise
3 slices aged Gruyere or Swiss, about 1 oz
3/4 cup prepared Au Jus*
3-4 oz Tony's Deli Bison roast, or roast beef, thinly sliced

Split bread and toast backs lightly in a 400° under broiler. Spread with condiment of choice, top with cheese and place back in oven, open-faced, to melt the cheese.

Heat Au Jus to a boil in a sauce pan. Dip and swish roast bison or beef in simmering Au Jus to heat through, transfer to prepared bread and serve immediately with remaining Au Jus dip. – Chef Mick
