Dee-lish Blue Cheese Dressing Print Email

For the blue cheese dressing lover – use a premium bleu cheese for great results!

2-3 oz premium Blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest, finely minced
1 TBS freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
pinches of black or white pepper to taste

Crumble cheese and set aside. Place remaining ingredients in a food processor. Process until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, then pulse in cheese until well combined but some chunks still remain. Refrigerate for at least one hour to mellow the flavors before serving. Remove the dressing from the refrigerator 30 minutes before you plan to use it. Leftover dressing will keep, covered, for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
