Raspberry Vinaigrette Print Email

1 pint of fresh raspberries
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a stainless steal bowl except olive oil. Mix with a whisk thoroughly. While mixing slowly add oil to well incorporate. Season with salt and pepper.
