Simple Grilled Asparagus Print Email

Fresh asparagus spears
Tony's Caesar or Balsamic Vinaigrette*
grated Asiago or curls of Parmesan cheese (cut with a veggie peeler)

Break or cut woody ends from asparagus spears by hand. Transfer to a plate and drizzle with dressing*. Preheat a medium to medium high grill.

Lay all spears in the same direction on your grill (or in a grilling basket) and grill until tender and lightly toasted (about 5-7 minutes depending on conditions) transfer to a plate, sprinkle with cheese and serve. - Chef Mick (Michaelangelo) Rosacci, --
