2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tomatoes, quartered (pref heirloom)
10 Fresh Basil Leaves, minced
1/4 tsp. Garlic, minced
2 tsp. Lime Juice
1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Cup Red Onion, sliced
2 tsp. Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Pepper

1) Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and gently toss.
