Crab Louis Stuffed Artichoke Print Email

Prepared Artichokes, 1 per person
lemon, salt
Cooked crab or lobster meat, 3-4 oz per person
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup whipped cream
1/3 cup chili sauce
1 Tblsp grated onion
dash of cayenne

Whip cream, combine with mayo, chili sauce, onion and cayenne. Combine this dressing with cooked fresh crab to taste and stuff into cooked, cleaned artichokes. Garnish with tomato slices or concasse.
