|California Cobb Salad
2 cups Boston lettuce leaves
1 cup chopped romaine leaves
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
1/4 avocado, pared and diced
2 oz cooked boneless turkey or chicken
1 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 egg, hard cooked and diced
Tony's Dressing: Cabernet Sauvignon, Balsamic or Italian Vinaigrette
In chilled serving bowl combine Boston and romaine lettuce, tomato, avocado, turkey cheese and egg. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
For a more attractive, display, the salad can also be composed with a layer of greens topped with a decorative arrangement of the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and toss just before serving.
