Tuscan Roasted Asparagus Print Email

1 bunch asparagus
2-3 tsp Tony’s Tuscan Grill Rub
2-3 TBS olive oil
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, optional
Balsamico di Modena, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Rinse asparagus and cut or break off tough ends, place in a small roasting pan with short sides. Sprinkle with seasoning and drizzle with olive oil and place in the top half of oven. Roast until tender and lightly browned – about 15 minutes.
