1 part leftover pot roast, steak, pork, or chicken – chopped or shredded
1 part Tony’s Homemade Gravy
1 part leftover steamed veggies or frozen mixed vegetables
pie crust sticks
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice or shred cooked meat. Combine meat with gravy and veggies and place in an oven safe crock, pie dish, or individual oven safe serving bowls, filling about 3/4 full.
Roll out pastry gently and use to top pies, sealing the dough on top of the pies. Cut a few air vents, brush with egg wash or cream, and roast on a sheet pan, in the top half of preheated oven baking until the crust is brown the filling bubbling hot. – Chef Mick
