Quick & Healthy Veggie Sauté Print Email

3-4 TBS Picual Olive oil, or a canola / olive oil combination - separated
2 cups Tony’s Cole Slaw
2 cups Tony’s Squash Stir Fry
Tony’s Tuscan Grill sea salt seasonings, or sea salt and white pepper to taste
1 cup fresh basil; whole, julienne or chopped

Heat a heavy 12-inch skillet over high heat; add 2-3 TBS olive oil, cole slaw and squash strips. Sauté, seasoning with Tony’s Tuscan Grill Sea Salt Seasoning to taste – cook until crisp tender, about 5-10 minutes. Add basil, toss and serve.
