Rosemary Roast Potatoes Print Email

4 potatoes, well scrubbed, skin-on
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried rosemary
pepper to taste

1. Cut potatoes into 1-2" chunks.

2. Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings.

3. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 45 minutes; turning occasionally.
