| Sausage and Stuffed Shell Bake |

4 links Tony’s Italian Sausage, hot or mild
1 green bell pepper, chunked
1 small onion, chunked
1 TBS olive oil
1 jar Tony’s Marinara Sauce
1 PKG John’s Stuffed Shells with cheese
8 oz mozzarella or provolone cheese, grated
¼ cup Reggiano Parmigiano, grated or shredded
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large skillet, sauté sausages with bell pepper, onion and olive oil - cooking until sausage is lightly browned and about half way done. Add half of the marinara sauce, stir to blend and remove to a casserole pan.
Nestle stuffed shells into sausage and peppers, drizzle with remaining marinara sauce and top with cheese. Roast in preheated oven until bubbling and lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes. Serves about 4.
