Shrimp Curry with Snap Peas Print Email

1 TBS vegetable oil
¼ pound snap peas, snow peas, or green beans
15 oz container Maya Kaimal Tamarind Curry - or your favorite Maya Kaimal Curry
1 ¼ pound shrimp, peeled

In a wide frying pan, heat oil and sauté snap peas or other vegetable over medium heat until they begin to soften.

Add Maya Kaimal Curry of your choice and simmer 15 minutes.

Add shrimp and simmer until shrimp are just cooked through - 3-5 minutes depending on shrimp and conditions. Remove from heat. Serve with steamed rice.
