Orange, Pineapple, Papaya Salad Print Email

This is a beautiful and refreshing fruit dish that takes only as much time as it takes to cut the fruit. And you can enjoy it as a salad or a dessert. One serving provides 244% of your daily value (DV) for vitamin C and 96% DV for manganese. Enjoy!

1 medium sized pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 oranges, segments cut out from membrane
1 large papaya, cut into pieces
2 TBS sliced almonds

Cut fruit and mix together.
Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Serves 4
