Doc's Volatile Steak Marinade Print Email

4 oz Jack Daniels Whiskey
3 TBS Honey
3 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp White pepper
1 TBS Tabasco sauce
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 TBS cinnamon ground
12 oz Guinness Stout
4 oz Peanut oil
3 tsp salt
2 oz Soy sauce

Start with a saucepan. Mix the Guinness Stout, the Jack Daniels & the oil. Add the Worcestershire & tabasco sauce. Bring to a slow boil & add the white pepper, garlic, salt, cinnamon, & honey. Mix well, turn off heat, and allow to cool to room temp. Use immediately or store in a glass jar in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
