Breakfast Banana Split Print Email

2 ripe bananas
1 pint fruit salad, drained
8-12 oz Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt strained through cheesecloth)
1 TBS honey, to taste
1 cup Udi’s Hawaiian Granola

Split bananas and place in two serving dishes, banana-split style.

Drain fruit salad and finely chop or pulse to chop in a food processor.

Blend yogurt with honey to taste.

Top banana with dollops of yogurt and top with spoonfuls of chopped fruit and Udi’s granola. Serves 2 - Chef Mick, Tony’s

Optional - puree 1/2 pint of raspberries, strain and drizzle on top.
