Chinese Broccolini Saute Print Email


2 TBS Oyster sauce
2 TBS Chicken broth
1 TBS Chinese rice wine or dry Sherry
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2-3 bunches Broccolini
salt and pepper to taste

To make sauce, combine oyster sauce, chicken broth, sherry, sugar and sesame oil in a saute pan. Bring to a boil, cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.

Meanwhile, steam broccolini until crisp tender, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a sauce and simmer to marry. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper. serve immediately. Serves 4-6
