Olive Oil
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 dried, diced hot chili pepper (optional)
1 can (28 or 35 oz.) Cento Italian Style Tomatoes or
1/4 tsp. dry Parsley
1 oz. red or white table wine (optional)
Cover bottom of large frying pan or saucepan with Oil. Add garlic and chili pepper. Heat until lightly browned.

Add Cento Tomatoes, crushing them by hand. Season with wine and parsley.

Bring to a boil for 5 minutes and then simmer for 15 additional minutes.
