|Crab Cake Po' Boy
1 Tony’s Crab Cake
1 TBS canola oil
2 demi baguettes, split
1 cup shredded lettuce
6 slices tomato
4 TBS Tony’s Remoulade or Tartar sauce, to taste
Sauté crab cake in oil, slowly browning on both sides well. Meanwhile split bread (toast if desired), shred lettuce and slice tomato. Put lettuce and tomato in bread.
Break up crab cake, gently toss in remoulade and put into loaves - serve immediately.
