Quick Tuscan Chicken Pasta Print Email

As seen on Channel 2’s Everyday Show with Chef Ben Davis of Tony’s Market.

½ pound fettuccini, or your favorite pasta
1 pkg Tony’s Tuscan Chicken Strips, with marinade
Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padana or Pecorino cheese, grated

Boil pasta according to package directions (usually a few minutes longer at our altitude).

When pasta is almost done, saute chicken strips and all the marinade in their package for about 3-4 minutes (take care not to overcook!) Add drained pasta, toss and simmer 1 minute to marry. If a thinner sauce is desired, splash with some of the pasta water.

Variations: Sauté Tony’s precut Squash Stir Fry or Stir Fry Mix along with the chicken strips - also great with asparagus spears. Also great finished with a tab of butter and pinches of parsley or shredded basil.

Tony’s Squash Stir Fry would also make a lovely dish sautéed in a second pan with butter, olive oil or a combination and served with a sprinkle of grated cheese or Tony’s Vodka Sauce.
