3 lbs squid, cleaned and cut into strips
1 tablespoon pecorino
extra virgin olive oil
Wash and dry the squid. Meanwhile chop the parsley and garlic in a bowl and mix it with other ingredients.
Prepare a baking dish and pour olive oil, arrange the squid and add the seasoning. Mix well with hands lifting and turning the squid in order to distribute the dressing well.
