Maytag Blue Cheese Dressing Print Email

1 cup sour cream
2 TBS mayonnaise
4 oz crumbled Maytag blue cheese
½ tsp each: Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and premium white vinegar
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and crumbled blue cheese in mixing bowl. Stir gently with spatula. Add vinegar and rest of ingredients, then stir again. Pour into glass jar with tight-fitting lid, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to several hours or overnight.

Shake gently or whisk dressing with fork before serving on salads, sandwiches or as a dip.
