Shrimp with GO! Pepper Print Email


Raw Gulf White Shrimp
1 tsp Togarashi Spice*
1 tsp fine white pepper
1 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried lemon peel
1.5 tsp Kosher salt
vegetable oil

As an appetizer, allow 1 pound of shrimp for every 4-5 people, as an entrŽe allow 1 pound for two people. Peel shrimp. Combine spices. Thread shrimp onto skewers, brush shrimp on both sides with oil and sprinkle to taste with GO! pepper (packs a punch, take it easy!) Cook over a hot, oiled grill, turning once, for 2-3 minutes total. Serve immediately.

Even better fried! Sprinkle peeled shrimp (or cook shell on - Chinese Salty Pepper Shrimp style) with cornstarch then GO! pepper. Quickly fry each side in a very hot oiled wok. ĐChef Mick Rosacci, TonyŐs Meats & Specialty Foods
